Shipping Information:
- Orders ship Monday-Friday (excluding postal holidays).
- Location: Orders ship from Michigan, USA.
- Processing time:
- 1-9 items: Ship within 1-2 business days.
- 10+ items: May require additional processing time.
Order & Delivery Notifications:
You'll receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- A tracking information email from [email protected] once your shipping label is printed.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us:
- We'll contact you to resolve the issue.
- If no resolution is reached, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.
- To receive the product, a new order must be placed.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you have an issue with our products, we want to help make it right. Please send a photo and description of the issue to [email protected]. If you prefer to speak with a customer service representative, call us at 847-377-1185 (Mon-Thu: 9am-5pm EST, Fri: 8am-4pm EST).
If you're not satisfied with the performance or quality of your product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. *Custom products may be treated differently (See Custom Order Return Policy below).
We offer the following options:
- 100% refund of the original purchase price.
- The cost of standard shipping will be refunded. Expedited shipping will not be refunded; instead, you will receive a refund equal to the amount that standard shipping would have been for your order.
- A free replacement.
- In some cases, returns may not be required.
Policy After 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Has Expired:
- For up to 60 additional days after the 30-day guarantee expires, we offer:
- 50% refund of the original purchase price, or
- 50% credit toward a replacement.
- Returned items must be in like-new condition.
- Shipping costs are not included and will not be refunded.
Warranty Policy
Coverage Period: 18-month limited warranty.Covers:
- Delamination
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Loss of anti-glare properties
- Misuse or improper installation
- Heavy weather exposure
- Damage caused by heavy usage
- Damage caused by altering the product
Note: If you believe your product is defective, please contact us with a photo and description. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Installation Issues:
If your screen protector or privacy filter was damaged or rendered unusable during installation:
- Send us a photo and description.
- We'll offer a 50% discount on a replacement.
Custom Order Return Policy:
Custom screen protectors, privacy filters, and hoods are made to order and may not be eligible for full refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with your custom product and it was made to your specifications, we offer a 50% refund or store credit toward a future purchase. Please contact us with a photo and explanation, and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
*Custom protectors over 55-inches in diagonal may not be eligible for a refund or credit due to the cost of shipping, packaging, and handling time.
Wrong Item or Size Received:
- Wrong item: Contact us for a replacement.
- Wrong size:
- If we make an error, we'll remake and reship at no cost.
- If the wrong size was ordered, we offer a replacement at 50% off the regular price. Please note that the remaining cost and shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
International Return & Refund Policy:
International customers are eligible for the same refund and replacement policies.
Due to higher shipping costs and customs complexities:
- We may not require the product to be returned.
- If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties or fees.
- We will work with you to find the most practical and cost-effective solution.
If you're an international customer experiencing an issue, please contact us with photos and a description. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

- Carefully repackage the item as to not damage it.
- Include your order number and contact information.
- Use a trackable shipping method.
