I just received your Photodon's Ultra (HDTV) Plasma-LCD Screen Cleaner.
I followed the instructions to the "T" immediately upon opening the package and quite honestly . . .I thought that I had just witnessed a "mini-miracle".
Just prior to using your marvelous product . . .I had made the mistake of using Windex to clean /dust the screen on my brand new 50 Inch Plasma High Definition Screen . I was devastated when very large , sweeping gray cloud like streaks/smudges appeared across the entire screen after using the Windex.
I researched what I could do to correct the problem . . .and found many web sites that offered information that stated that this type of occurrence was almost if not impossible to correct.
As I was about to give up . . .and resign myself to living with the ugly visitors to my beloved High Definition Screen . . .I found your web site . . .and sent an e mail and also called and left a message on your voice mail this past week end.
Much to Photodon's credit . . .a terrific young lady named Lisa Marie called me and assured me that you had a product that would take care of my problem. She was very courteous , patient and reassuring that your product would work . . .AND SO IT DID . . .

Photodon's Ultra - HDTV & Plasma Screen Cleaning System
The items in this kit will give you the satisfaction of using quality products and the assurance that you're not harming your expensive screen.
The Photodon Ultra solution is a "Green Product" colorless / odorless and has been formulated by a company that respects the environment by creating safe, environmentally friendly products. This cleaner does not contain alcohol, ammonia or vinegar, all of which can affect surface coatings or plastics over time.
The cleaning action of the Ultra solution consists in part the production and isolation of nanoparticles of oils / grime / dirt such that they are not allowed back into solution, this is why it works so fast without hazing or streaking. This non-traditional molecular configuration acts quickly and safely to clean items without the need for harsh agents that can cause skin and or eye irritations. This also provides a solution that is safe for pets, fish and plants in aquariums, office environments, the people using the product and/or vapors in close environments.
This formulation took many years to perfect and in many ways is an ideal cleaner: not only from a position of cleaning efficacy, but almost of equal importance the legal protection and peace of mind that this product affords to both the user and the distributor form a liability frame of reference. Many cleaners can cause as severe allergic reactions, eye burns and or eye injuries or the possibility of infant, children or pet poisoning if mistakenly ingested. None of these possibilities exist with the Photodon Ultra cleaning solution.
Our Recommended Normal Screen Cleaning:
- Spray a liberal amount of the cleaning solution onto one portion of the cloth. If you are confident of the sprayer and your ability not to allow liquid to run into the screen frame, you can apply the spray directly to the screen.
- Wipe the screen using light pressure to evenly distribute the solution on the screen.
- Rotate the cloth to a dry portion of the cloth and wipe the screen to dry. You may need to rotate the cloth a second time. Always use light wiping pressure.
