• How long do the cloths seem to last before they are possibly discarded?
  That will depend on what your doing with it. If you use it to clean glasses it will last for years of use. You can wash these cloths and reuse them over and over. We still have some of our original cloths they no longer are being used for screen cleaning but now have other uses.
  
  
• What are the standard suede colors?
  Orange, Beige, Dark Blue, Light Green, Light Blue, Light Pink!
  
  
• What are the standard lens cloth/deluxe silky colors?
  Black, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Burgundy, Yellow Gold, Beige, White, Gray, Khaki, Light Orange, and Light Red.
  
  
• What are some options for logos?
  Normal logo is one color, up to 3 inches long and 2 inches high, printed once in the left or right lower corners or the top left corner. Other options are 2 or more color logo and then having the logo printed multiple times on the cloth (this takes more time to manufacture a special die). minimum order quantity of 5k or more
  
  
• We are looking for about 2000-3000 high quality microfiber cloths with our Logo that are about 8" x 8".
  What price range are we looking at?
  Our most commonly purchased cloth with zig-zag edges, in a standard color and a one color logo in the 8x8" size in bulk 100 pieces per bag is $0.35 delivered to your door. This is for a minimum order quantity of 5,000 pieces. There are many options and if you would like to explore some of them please call, email or fax us!
  
  
• What are the standard sizes available for 382 and 382ZZ cloths?
  6x6, 6x7, 7x7, 8x8, 11x12, 14x14 Other sizes are available but would require special quote.
  
  
• How do you ship your orders?
  Small film orders are usually shipped via USPS. Larger film orders are shipped via FedEx. Both methods provide tracking for you and us. Expedited shipping options are available at check-out.
  
  
• Do you ship to the U.K.?
  Due to the recent postal changes and customs documentation involved we recently stopped offering overseas orders.
  
  
• Do you ship to Canada?
  Yes, You can order using the same checkout process on our web site, additional fees do apply for the customs forms required.
  
  
• Can we use PO # for a purchase?

• I am forbidden to order over the Internet so can you send me an order form so that I can fax it back with my credit card details?

• Is it okay to use Windex cleaning solution on the LCD protective film to maintain a clean surface?
  We do not recommend the use of Windex product on computer screens or our LCD films. We of course offer cleaners on our web site. The ones I would recommend is the Photodon Ultra and the Optix, both are available separately or in kits with microfiber cloths.
