Reduced Shipping (USA)** = $4.75 on orders who's accumulated weight is less than 1 pound (48 states)
Orders $35 and over are sent USPS Priority mail, normally a 2 day service within the USA
Orders under $35 are sent regular USPS mail normal shipping is dependant on your distance from Michigan
Expedited shipping is available during checkout

Purchase Orders Established Accounts, Schools, government offices and agencies, may order via PO net30 on the first order.

We require you to order via credit card if you need the order ASAP. PO is not an option for residential orders.
Purchase Order New Account: New customers must fax or e-mail us our new account application form (PDF file) along with your purchase order so we can process the order with minimal delay.

Return Items:
100% Money Back Guarantee on all products returned in like new condition within 30 days of purchase! You will need to pay return postage. Return items to address on the sales receipt (Photodon, 2496 Potter Rd. E., Traverse City, Michigan, 49686-8599) with a copy of the sales receipt and a brief note of why the item is being returned.
After 30 days there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Items that have been unpackaged but returned in like new condition are charged a 15% restock fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
Items that have been installed are not refundable unless there is a manufactures defect.
